How do wholesale size packs work?
Products are offered as complete packs with defined size distributions and pack quantities. Buyers add complete packs to the cart rather than individual units, unless a product is explicitly structured otherwise in verified records.
What does demonstration mode mean?
Demonstration mode lets business buyers explore the catalog, pack structures and checkout interface using labeled demonstration prices. Live production purchases require verified product data, images, safety documentation and live payment credentials.
Can I request a quote for larger quantities?
Yes. Use the Request a Quote form to share company details, SKUs, preferred packs and requested quantities. Submitting a quote does not guarantee special pricing, approval or a response timeline.
Does providing a business name make my order tax exempt?
No. A business name or uploaded resale certificate does not automatically make an order tax exempt. Tax-exempt treatment may only apply after valid documentation is reviewed and approved through an authorized workflow.
Products and verification
Why do some product details say verification required?
Fiber content, care instructions, country of origin, age ranges, safety information and similar fields are shown only after they are confirmed from supplier records, manufacturer documentation or physical product labels.
Why are some product images placeholders?
Exact legally usable product photography must match the silhouette, color, pack contents and construction being sold. Until verified images are available, a clear placeholder is shown and live checkout remains blocked for that product.
Shipping and returns
Do you offer free shipping or local pickup?
Free shipping is not advertised. Local pickup and local delivery are disabled unless explicitly enabled later. Shipping is calculated at checkout and demonstration rates are clearly labeled when live carrier rates are unavailable.
What is the return policy?

Safety
How does TinyTrendz handle children’s product safety information?
Safety fields such as fasteners, drawstrings, small parts and documentation status are tracked per product. Incomplete safety documentation blocks production purchase. Physical product labels and verified records take priority over website copy.
Account and tracking
How do I track an order?
Use the Track Order page with your order reference and buyer email, or open a signed tracking link from your confirmation email when available. Only stored statuses are displayed.
