Complete pack purchasing
Products are sold as complete size packs with defined colorways - not as open stock by single unit.
Each SKU lists a size pack (size label and quantity per pack), pack quantity (total units per pack), and available colorways. Add complete packs to the cart. Splitting or substituting sizes within a pack is not supported unless explicitly noted on a verified product record.
Color selection applies per pack. Mixed-color packs appear only when verified and labeled on the product page. See the Size and Pack Guide for field definitions and label limitations.
Minimum order quantities (MOQ)
Each product displays a minimum order quantity, typically expressed in packs. Cart validation enforces MOQ at checkout. MOQ may differ by SKU and is shown on the product record - not overridden at checkout without an approved quote or account arrangement.
Request a quote
Business buyers planning larger quantities or multi-SKU orders may submit a quote request with company name, tax ID if applicable, requested SKUs, colorways, and pack counts.
Quotes are reviewed case by case. Submission does not reserve inventory, lock pricing, or create a wholesale account.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on configured rules. Demonstration shipping rates are labeled clearly and are not delivery guarantees.
Free shipping is not advertised. Local pickup and local delivery are not currently enabled.

Taxes and resale documentation
Orders may be subject to applicable sales tax. Providing a business name, EIN, or uploading a resale certificate does not automatically make an order tax exempt.
Tax-exempt treatment may apply only after valid documentation is reviewed and approved through an authorized workflow. Until approved, checkout calculates tax according to configured rules.
Payment
Secure card payment is supported at checkout when live payment credentials are configured. In demonstration mode, payment fields may be simulated or disabled.
Payment is captured according to Stripe and store configuration. Failed or cancelled payments do not create fulfilled orders. Order confirmation is sent when payment status is confirmed in the system.

Order tracking
After checkout, use the Track Order page with your order reference and buyer email, or open a signed tracking link from your confirmation email when provided.
Only statuses stored in the order system are displayed. Carrier tracking numbers appear when shipment is recorded.
Verification status
Production purchase may be blocked until product records are verified.
Catalog fields - including fiber content, care instructions, country of origin, age range, imagery, and safety documentation - carry a verification status. Values shown as verification required or pending are not used for production fulfillment decisions.
- Image verification - photography must match the silhouette, color, and pack contents being sold.
- Specification verification - supplier and label data must align before live purchase.
- Safety documentation - incomplete records block production purchase for that SKU.
